  7. Now, grasp the left foot from the outside with your left hand.

  9. Make sure that your pubis is elevated toward your navel.
  10. While doing this, you should also press your tailbone to the floor.
  11. Raise your left foot now, keeping it off the ground and your body.
  12. Make the Gyan Mudra by raising your right hand in front of your body.
  13. Verify that the right hand is in line with the floor. This is Natarajasana.
  14. You keep staring at your right hand.
  15. Maintain this position for several minutes.
  16. Repeat on the other side after releasing.
  17. Hold Natarajasana (as in Step 13) for a duration of approximately 15 to 30 seconds on each side.
